Because Dirt Bike riding is a physically and mentally demanding sport, it requires, generally speaking, an able body and mind. Prospective riders can expect a variety of terrain and circumstances out in the wild. Stamina, breath capacity, coordination, strength, resourcefulness and playfullness contribute to a fun ride. Those with previous experience off road or biking experience (street or mountain) will find themselves at an advantage. However, the greatest advantage is a positive attitude. Like any challenging activity, focus plays a key role. Those willing to persevere and learn from trial and error will enjoy their time in the saddle more than a rider expecting to master the sport in a finite time.
